New Sensory Garden in Ballyvourney

On a recent trip to Killarney we stopped by on the way back to Cork to take a look around a beautiful road side sensory garden in Ballyvourney. The community space is impressive, with raised flower and herb beds, skillfully carved wooden sculptures of local wildlife. And a fantastic wooden chair with a stags head carved into it. Hats off to those who organized and built such a community space. Every town should have atleast one of these garden area's. So next time your passing through Ballyvourney, take a look at their sensory garden.
